Katie Venechuk is an environmental engineer, yoga teacher and forest therapy guide trainee with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.
Combining a passion for technical and scientific understanding of the natural world with the emotional draw that brings us to the forest, Katie provides programs intended to help participants experience the benefits of nature based wellness from a variety of perspectives. Whether you are interested in launching a transformative In Your Element Workplace Wellness program or you plan to join us in the forest for classes or workshops, Katie will be your guide.

She is an avid world traveler and has explored nature across five continents, from the Sahara Desert of Africa to the Amazon Rainforest of South America.
After spending the first eight years of her career working as an engineer and specialist in the environmental sector, Katie launched In Your Element on a passion for all things nature, science and well-being. She believes there is an entry point for everyone to the world of wellness that awaits in nature. Her mission is to hold open the door.
