Virtual Yoga + Nature Visualization

Whether you are brand new to a yoga practice or you practice yoga everyday, you are welcome here!

Our virtual yoga + nature visualization classes are designed to help you care for your living body and calm your mind. We lead yoga with an alignment focused approach for lifelong practice, and we help you honor time for stillness at the end of class by offering a guided nature visualization to help you relax.


Class Structure:

  • 45-minute all-levels yoga class: beginning with slow movements and building to sequences of standing yoga postures, ending with counter poses and a cool down for balancing the body
  • 10-minute guided nature visualization: we’ll end class with a relaxing guided visualization into a beautiful scene from nature, allowing you to enjoy the calming effects of nature from wherever you roll out your mat

Purchase Options:

Four Week Class Series:ย $35 total ($8.75 per class)

Single Class:  $10


Additional Details:

  • To sign up head to our Calendar + Booking page. Follow the registration process as though you are signing up for just one class. When you check out you’ll be offered all purchase options (4-week series package or single class). Select your preference and you are good to go!
  • Classes are hosted via Zoom. You’ll receive a Zoom link via email when you sign up!
  • We recommend that you have a pillow, blanket or other prop to help you relax during the nature visualization component of class.
  • All are welcome and no experience with yoga is needed.
