Forest Therapy Walk Registration

A 2.5-hour immersion into nature.

When forest therapy walks are scheduled, you can register for them here.

  • During these walks, we will cover a little less than a mile in distance (total) along unpaved forest trails.
  • Our intention is to enjoy a slow pace (this is not a guided hike), but we still suggest that you wear comfortable walking shoes on the day of the walk.
  • You may like to bring a bottle of water, a small snack and a journal or a sketch pad.
  • A few days before the walk, we will send you a welcome email with any additional information you may need to know.
