Your Natural Path: A 2022 Visioning Workshop

This goes beyond new year’s resolutions or goal setting: it is an invitation into a new way of being — a way of being that allows more of the truth of who you are to emerge. 

 As we greet a new year, taking time to uncover the pathways of growth that are calling to us can put us in true alignment with our greatest potential.  During this special 2-hr workshop, join Courtney Proctor, Life Coach & creator of Atman Collective, and Katie Venechuk from In Your Element, to explore your unfolding nature, awaken your imagination and heartfully envision your year ahead.  

Fireside Yoga & Winter Breath Cleanse: 4- Week Series

Wednesdays in February 2022, 7-8:15pm

At the Indian Trails Golf Course

Embrace the month of February during this unique 4-week class series, which will bring you into the fresh winter air for a candlelit breathwork practice on the golf course before stepping indoors for a slow flow yoga class by the fire.ย  Led by Katie Venechuk with In Your Element Wellness, this class series offers a wonderful opportunity to keep connected to nature in the depth of winter, while nourishing your body and relaxing your mind for a peaceful night of sleep.ย ย Yoga class is designed for all levels and class includes hot stone handwarmers for our time outdoors.

If you are interested in a deeper immersion into the world of forest therapy, a forest therapy walk is for you. During these events, you will be offered a sequence of forest bathing invitations to help you relax and connect to the natural world. Events also include hot tea and time among community.

Forest Yoga: 4-Week Series

This series is structured to introduce you to the practice of forest bathing and feature one of the beautiful parks in Grand Rapids, hosted once yearly with the City of Grand Rapids Parks & Recreation.

Join us for this series in the spring of 2022!
